A Representative For All

Megan Outten is a proud, lifelong Salisbury resident. Currently serving as the appointed representative for Salisbury City Council District 3, she has already been an active voice on the council -  advocating for sustainable development, responsible spending, and demanding transparency for residents on city initiatives and projects. She's running for the Mayor to bring community connection back to local government.
